Take 1 capsule initially to assess your tolerance, individual tolerance WILL vary – FEVER40 is highly dosed, don’t be a hero. Optimally, we recommend taking 2 capsules upon waking and a further capsule 6-8 hours later. Do not exceed more than 3 capsules in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep. Ensure you stay adequately hydrated. For best results, use on a 5 day on, 2 day off cycle for a maximum of 8 weeks before taking a minimum of 4 weeks off the product entirely. Keep it fresh.
