Order Processing
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:30pm are processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4:30pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

Please note: No collections or dispatches take place on weekends or UK bank holidays. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, collections may take place earlier than usual.

👉 If your order is urgent, we recommend placing it before 12:00pm to give it the best chance of being collected the same day. This recommendation also applies on normal working days, as collection times can vary.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland only)

  • FREE on orders £40 and over

  • £2.95 on orders under £40

Delivery time: 2–5 working days

Next Working Day Delivery

  • £3.95

  • Orders must be placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm on Friday will be delivered Monday

  • Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery

⚠️ Next Working Day Delivery does not include Saturday delivery.

Delivery Area Exclusions

Next Working Day Delivery is not available to:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Isle of Man

  • British Forces

  • Jersey

  • Guernsey

  • Shetland Islands

These locations are served on a standard 2–5 working day service, with shipping costs calculated at checkout (weight dependent).
