NR - 500mg
VeriSperse Resveratrol - 400mg
Fisetin - 50mg
PQQ - 20mg
Spermidine Trihydrochloride - 10mg

Suggested use:
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) daily. Fundamentum can be taken at any point of the day but we recommend to take it in the mornings.
