Take 3 Capsules, 30 mins before bedtime. 

Ingredients: (Capsules) Magnesium Gluconate, Palmitoylethanolamide (as Levagen®) Magnesium Bisglycinate, Zinc Citrate, Crocus sativus 3.5% Saffron extract (as Affron®), E470b (Bulking agent), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC Capsule)

Mix 1 scoop (3g) with 250ml to 350ml of water.

Consume 1 serving per day, 30 mins before bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
