 HydroEAA is a super versatile hydration & amino acid formula, designed to meet the demands of those training at an elite level in any sporting discipline. Set goals, crush them. Packed with electrolytes, osmolytes and EAA’s, HydroEAA can be utilised any time of the day for optimal hydration, performance and recovery. Our favourite times to use HydroEAA are upon waking and intra workout. We recommend mixing one rounded scoop (18g) with 400-500ml of water.
