SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Just a normal venesection or bloodletting. It is a simple procedure where the nurse practitioner draws 450ml of blood from you. This usually take about 15 minutes.
There are different reasons why someone would need a venesection. In particular for this setting, AAS use can result in increased blood pressure or increased red blood cells. A venesection can help reduce both.
BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
The only thing you need to think about is being hydrated. You can eat before if you want to.
AFTER THE APPOINTMENT
Avoid training that day. Some people feel dizzy or faint after their appointment, make sure you eat and drink after.
